The smores kits for the fire pit out front was EXCELLENT!! Location was key: easy access to Yellowstone National Park West Entrance and right across the street from a Tesla Supercharger Station (we were traveling in a Tesla Model X). Breakfast consisted of a decent continental breakfast -- blueberry muffins, energy bars, bananas, cereal, coffee, etc. Our room (2-queens) was large and spacious -- the refrigerator came in handy for the left overs from the excellent restaurants around town -- and had a nice large flat screen TV. The showered maintain constant temperature and we enjoyed the natural body wash, shampoo and conditioners provided. The Tesla destination chargers on-site were an added bonus.

Contrary to complaints which we have seen on booking.com reviews All 4 of us in our party thought the breakfast was excellent., And the gentleman serving the breakfast area was very pleasant and took care of everything. It was very nice that this breakfast area was actually part of the lobby and was open and in use throughout the day and evening with coffee et cetera available and a few other items. We especially like that there are 2 sinks, one in the room with a toilet and tub and another outside that room. A real plus!

Harold

The room was exactly what we needed, the breakfast was great for starting our day, and the free amenities like an ice cream social, smores, binoculars, kid games, etc were all a treat! Plus, perfect proximity to Yellowstone, the Wolf/Bear Sanctuary across the street, and the restaurants in West Yellowstone. Going to sleep and waking up to wolves howling across the street was a unique experience that we will always remember.

Ken

Loved our stay, so close to the park. The kids loved the nightly smores and I see they had an ice cream social. Rooms were comfortable . Especially liked the double sink in bathroom & out! Breakfast wasn’t our favorite, toast/bagels/muffins & tornados which was a fun change but I would like more proteins. Coffee was great. Pool was crowded but that’s to be expected. Overall, I’d stay again.

Destiny

The high rating is because was surprised by much of the services offered by the hotel -- such as special evening social events and gifts. The location of the hotel was also perfect for us--within walking distance of restaurants downtown, and with the added treat of the animal sanctuary across the street and the howling of real live wolves in the early morning. The staff were helpful and kind.
